🔼 Weekly Honors. Two gymnasts earned Mountain West weekly honors. Mikaela Pitts was named the Specialist of the Week. She won the vault with a career-best 9.925. Sophie Patterson was named Freshman of the Week. She was the top Spartan all-arounder with 38.975 points.

🔼 Awarded! San Jose State Director of Media Relations Amy Villa has been selected to receive the College Sports Communicators Bill Esposito Backbone Award. Villa is the 10th recipient of the prestigious award and has spent all but one year of her 32-year career at San Jose State.
