📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Skilled Group. The men’s soccer team had four players earn First Team All-Far West Region: Edgar Guerra, Gilberto Rivera, Angel Inguez and Arnold Matshazi. The men went 12-4-4 this season. This was the first time the team had 12 wins since 2003. SJSU returned to the WAC Championship game for the second year in a row.

🔼 So Close. The men’s basketball team had a tight game against Stanford on Saturday. The men fell 86-82. Yaphet Moundi recorded a career-high 26 points. Colby Garland tallied 20 points and nine assists. The men trailed by as many as 14 and had a 10-0 run in the final minute to close the gap.

Career-Highs. Maya Anderson led the Spartans with 13 points in the women’s basketball team’s fall to SCUN 66-55 on Saturday.

Kaliyah Dillard grabbed a career-best # rebounds.
