📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Series Win! The baseball team faced Grand Canyon this past weekend. The men series the series opener with an 8-3 win. David Thomas tossed a nine-inning complete game and struck out seven batters. Jake McCoy hit his 14th home run of the season. Rocco Caballero hit his third homer of the season. The Spartans took the Lopes into 14 innings on Saturday but fell 5-4. The men won the series with a 6-1 victory on Sunday. Dylan Smith threw a complete game and struck out five batters.

🔼 Final Tune-Up. The track and field team competed in the Fresno State Invitational. This marked the program’s last meet of the regular season before the Mountain West Championships. Audrey McElmurry finished first in the women’s triple jump. The 4×100 men’s relay team finished in second. Hayden Bowne placed third in the men’s 110 hurdles.

🔼 Round 1. The men’s golf team played its first round at the Mountain West Championships. SJSU is in third place with a score of 277 (-11). Keshav Mungali, Christian Maggard and Ivan Barahona are all tied for 11th place with scores of 69 (-3).

Season Finale. The Softball team played it last series of the regular season against Boise State this past weekend.
