📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Battle Tested. The Spartan men’s soccer team battled No. 5 Stanford for 90 minutes last night! The Spartans fell short, 2-1, but showed their fight. Diogo Baptista scored the lone Spartan goal, assisted by Angel Iniguez. Edgar Guerra recorded six saves in the goal to hold the Cardinal. They’ll be back in action on Sunday when they host CSU Bakersfield at 3 p.m.

🔼 See Ya Sunday. The women’s soccer team fell to UC Davis last night, 2-1. It was a close match as UC Davis had five shots on goal to the Spartans four. Bente Pernot recorded three saves and didn’t allow a goal during her half as goalkeeper. The Spartans scored off an own goal during the second half. They’ll be back in action on Sunday at noon, hosting Northeastern.

⛳️ SJSU BASEBALL GOLF TOURNAMENT

The 2024 golf tournament and banquet to support San Jose State Baseball will take place on October 18th and once again be held at Cinnabar Hills Golf Club in San Jose. This is the largest fundraiser for the baseball program, and we need your help to make this event a success. Following golf will be the dinner banquet and Legends of Spartan Baseball induction ceremony where legendary Coach Sam Piraro will be honored as the sole inductee. Separate tickets are available for the banquet. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
