🔼 Brace Yourself. The men’s soccer team got a solid 3-1 win over Santa Clara on Sunday night thanks to a Gaku Nishimura brace! He scored two penalty-kick goals to record the first goals of his career. Angel Iniguez scored his third goal of the season to lead the team. Check out the highlights! The Spartans will be back at it at Sacramento State on Friday at 4:00pm.

🔼 Celebrate Good Times. C’mon! The women’s soccer team is hosting New Mexico tomorrow at the Spartan Soccer Complex. The Spartans will be holding a 2022 Mountain West Championship Celebration at the game! The match is set to start at 7:00pm and you can get your tickets here. The Spartans have recorded two-straight shutouts going into conference play. Bella Flocchini leads the team with five goals, while Taylor Phillips is close behind with four.

🔼 Captain Carl. The men’s golf team finished in eighth-place in the stacked Husky Invitational. Carl Corpus led the Spartans, shooting 212 (-4) in the team event. He ended up tied for ninth after shooting 2-under in the final round. Ivan Barahona shot a 203 (-13) in his Spartan debut in the individual event, finishing second!

🔼  Hit The Road. Tomorrow is not only match day for the volleyball team, it’s also the start of conference play! The ladies head to UNLV to kick things off at 6:30pm tomorrow evening. After, they’ll hit the road to San Diego State for a 1:00pm match on Saturday. The Spartans sit at 9-4 after a great non-conference slate that included three sweeps.
