🔼 Chosen One. Football player Trent Carrizosa was named to the 2026 Shriners Children’s East-West Bowl 1000 Watch List. The award recognizes 1,000 top all-star game-eligible college football players across all divisions, serving as an initial preview for NFL scouts and personnel evaluating talent for the 2027 Shriners Children's East-West Bowl and the 2027 NFL Draft. He recorded 39 punts for 1,777 yards in 2025.

🔼 On the Staff. The Softball team hired one of its former players to the staff! Adrianna Noriega was hired as the assistant coach and director of operations. After her playing career at SJSU, she spent the last two seasons as a graduate assistant.

The Playing Career.

Adrianna Noriega held a ##-game on-base streak during the 2023 season on the SJSU Softball team.
