🔼 Victory! The women’s basketball team won its first conference game of the season against Nevada on Wednesday. The Spartans won 60-57, shot 38.5% from the field and 23.08% from behind the arc. Maya Anderson led all scorers with 15 points. Allie Cummins made two free throws with 10 seconds remaining to seal the win.
🔼 Upcoming Series. The football team announced a home-and-home series with Jax State. The first game will be at home on Sept. 26, 2026. The Spartans will travel to play Jax State in Alabama on Sept. 22, 2035. The 2026 season marks only the second time since 2006 that the program has hosted seven games in a single year.
