🔼 Friday Night Lights. It’s Friday night and there’s Spartan football in CEFCU Stadium! The best band in the Bay will have the stadium rocking, along with all you fans. The Spartans are looking for their second win in-a-row over the Falcons. Kickoff is at 7:30 and you can get your tickets here! 🔼 Listen Up. Women’s soccer head coach Tina Estrada joined Bridget Howard on the Mountain West Podcast: Taking the Lead to talk Spartan soccer. Click to listen on Spotify or Apple Podcasts. The Spartans will host San Diego State on Sunday at 12pm. It’s Youth Soccer Day, so all kids 12 & under will get in free.

🔼 Start Us Off. The fall tennis season is officially underway at the USTA Collegiate Classic. The tournament started yesterday and will run through Sunday. Carolina Millan and Irena Muradyan are the two Spartans playing this weekend at the San Diego event. Carolina is a three-time Mountain West All-Singles Team member. Hear what Coach Skorupka says about the weekend. 

🔼  Rise Above. The September recipient of the CalHOPE Courage Award is Spartan soccer player Jennah Loggins! She’ll receive the honor during Saturday night’s San José Earthquakes game during an on-field ceremony. The award is presented to athletes at California universities who have overcome the stress, anxiety, and mental trauma associated with personal hardships and adversity. This year, Jennah is fully healthy for the first time and has appeared in seven games. Read more about her story, here.
