🔼 Playing In Paradise. Hawai’i Bowl weekend is officially here! The Spartans will take on Coastal Carolina tomorrow night at 7:30 pm in the EasyPost Hawai’i Bowl. The Hawai’i Bowl will be live on ESPN and ESPN Radio. If you’re going to the game, check out the pre-game tailgate! The Spartans are chasing their seventh-straight win and their first eight-win season since 2012. It wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows to get to a bowl game, the Spartans started the season 1-5. Coach Brennan and the team pulled together to win six-straight through a tough Mountain West schedule.

🔼 Welcome The New Guys. The Spartans had 18 football players sign on National Signing Day. The class includes eight transfers, one from a power five school. 17 members are from California and there are nine from each side of the ball. Click here to find out more about the 2024 class.

🔼  Rivalry Won. Beating a school that includes the name “Santa” on the week of Christmas probably won’t get us on the nice list, but it was a nice win! The men’s basketball team took down Santa Clara 81-78 on Wednesday night. Myron Amey Jr. led the team with 17 points and added nine rebounds, five assists, four steals, and a block. Alvaro Cardenas recorded a double-double with 14 points and 10 assists. He's had three double-doubles in the Spartans’ last four games. Latrell Davis scored 12 and grabbed a career-high seven rebounds. That wraps up the 2023 portion of the season, they’ll be back on the court on January 2 at Wyoming.

🎥 Highlights

🔼 2023 Finale. The women’s basketball team will wrap up 2023 at Saint Mary’s next Friday, December 29. This game will conclude the non-conference portion of the schedule. You can tune in on ESPN+ at 1 pm. They’ll be back at home to open Mountain West play on Wednesday, January 3 against Fresno State.
