📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Led The Pack. Four scores for Kairee Robinson led the Spartans to a 52-24 win over New Mexico! Chevan Cordeiro threw for 272 yards and two touchdowns. The ground game was strong, with Kairee rushing for 126 yards and Quali Conley rushing for 133. The team was firing on all cylinders, producing 531 yards of total offense and holding New Mexico to three touchdowns. Jay’Vion Cole snagged his first interception of the year! Check out the post-game presser. Now, it’s time to get ready for homecoming next weekend!

🔼 Freshman Phenom. Freshman women’s tennis player Cheuk Ying Shek had a fantastic performance at the ITA Regionals at Stanford. She advanced all the way to the round of 16 in the singles tournament. She fell to the No. 2 overall seed from Stanford in that round. She paired up with Rozalina Youseva and advanced to the round of 32 in doubles. Hear from Coach Skorupka after the tournament.

🔼 Spartans Best. Multiple Spartans set personal records at the Bronco Invitational cross country event this weekend. Christopher Malone was the top finisher for the men’s team, running a PR at 25:19.2. Also joining the men’s PR club were Michael Chadwick and Alexander Walker. Constance O’Neal led the women’s team with her PR and Caitlin Chea set one herself with a 22:57.6. The Mountain West Championship is up next.

🔼 Senior Sunday. The men’s soccer team celebrated Senior Day the right way, by getting the 1-0 win over Grand Canyon! Riccardo Scarafia scored to get the lead in the 44th minute. David Sweeney made five saved and earned his 20th career shutout, extending his school record. David, Jamal Adam, Joel Garcia Jr., Isaac Lomeli, Kasper Poulsgaard, and Josh Redfield were all honored as part of the Senior Day ceremony before the match.
