🔼 Welcome! The men’s basketball team signed Aurèle Brena-Chemille. Brena-Chemille is a 6’4” point guard from Toulouse, France. The incoming freshman recently played for Poitiers Basket 86, a Pro B (2nd divsion) team in France. He averaged 10.7 points, 2.9 assists, 2.8 rebounds and 1.1 steals per game across 42 games for Poitiers. He was named the French Pro B player of the week after scoring 22 points (8-13 FG, 2-5 3PT, 4-4 FT) & four assists in a 80-74 win over Nantes in April.

That’s a Lot! There were many San José State University student-athletes who earned Academic All-Mountain West honors.
