🏀 The Acrisure Series

🔼 They’re In. The men’s basketball team will compete in The Acrisure Series. This will be the second season in a row the Spartans will compete in the Acrisure Series. The event is at Acrisure Arena from Nov. 21-26. SJSU’s pod will play from Nov. 22-23. The Spartans are in a pod with Loyola Chicago, Seattle and UC San Diego.

🔼 Watch Them! The women’s soccer team had three players named to the Mountain West Preseason Watch List. Paige Fry, Paige Pineda-Aliamus and Indigo Sims were selected. This marks the second nomination for Fry and the first for both Pineda-Aliamus and Sims. Fry played in 17 games last season and finished with 88 saves in goal. Pineda-Aliamus led the team with seven goals. Sims had two game-winning goals in 2025.
