📈 STOCK UP

🔼 New Staff. The football team announced new coaches and coach promotions. Bojay Filimoeatu was promoted to Defensive Coordinator. Brian Norwood joins the staff as the Defensive Pass Game Coordinator & Cornerbacks Coach. Joe Dale will be the Safeties Coach. Ramsen Golpashin is the Offensive Line Coach. Fred Guidici will be the Special Teams Analyst. Kolney Cassei was promoted to Tight Ends Coach.

🔼 Preseason Honor. Softball player Ahmiya Noriega has been named to the 2026 Mountain West Softball Preseason Team. This marks the second consecutive year a Spartan has received Mountain West Preseason honors. Noriega started all 50 games last season. She tied for first in the nation with 10 triples and posted a .352 batting average.

🔼 Wrapped Up. The women’s golf team completed the Therese Hession Regional Challenge. The Spartans finished in 13th place with a score of 889 (+37). Kleopatra Kozakiewicz led the Spartans with a score of 223 (+10). She tied for 48th place individually.
