⚔️ And much, much more!

📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Perfect Ten. The Mountain West awarded 10 Spartans with All-Conference football honors! Chevan Cordeiro, Kairee Robinson, and Tre Smith led the way on the First Team. Nick Nash and Soane Toia were named to the Second Team. Tre Jenkins, Fernando Carmona Jr., Anthony Pardue, Bryun Parham, and Jay’Vion Cole received All-Mountain West Honorable Mention.

🔼 Rewrote Records. The women’s basketball team had a heckuva return home, beating Bethesda 122-28. Yes, you read that right. The 94-point win set a winning margin record. They also set a made field goals record with 49 and tied a Provident Credit Union Event Center steals record with 23.

  • Sabrina Ma from three,” was the phrase of the game Monday night. She tied the single-game Event Center record with seven 3-pointers. She added a career-high 31 points.

  • Amhyia Moreland recorded her first career double-double with 26 points and 12 rebounds.

  • Sydni Summers also added a double-double with 13 points and a career-high 10 assists. She led the team with six steals

  • Jyah LoVett had another good night with 18 points, five assists, and five steals.

🔼  Good Guys Win. The men’s team also got a win on Monday, defeating North Dakota State 78-65. Tibet Görener moved to fifth all-time for most 3-pointers made in San José State history with 127 after scoring three in Monday’s game. Trey Anderson led the team with 21 points while Myron Amey Jr. recorded a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds. It was a good win for Coach Miles over his old squad, hear what he had to say!

🔼 Double-Header Hump Day. Both Spartan basketball teams will be back in action tonight, but this time in different places. The women’s team will play at Cal State Fullerton tonight at 7pm, while the men’s squad will play at Cal Poly at the same time. Both games will be streaming on ESPN+.
