🔼 Winning Ways. The Spartans got a great 87-82 win over New Orleans on Saturday! Myron Amey Jr. had a season-high 29 points with seven rebounds to lead the team. He scored 11 in just two minutes. He also scored four three-pointers for the second time this season. Alvaro Cardenas recorded another double-double with 16 points and a career-high 10 assists. He’s now 10th all-time for most career assists at San José State. The win keeps the Spartans undefeated in the Provident Credit Union Event Center this season.

🔼 Rewriting Records. First Team All-Mountain West running back Kairee Robinson rewrote the San José State record books this season! He sits second in the nation in consecutive games played with a touchdown and holds the SJSU record with 11, scoring in every game he’s played this season. His 20 total total touchdowns this season is a single-season record. Kairee also tied the record by scoring a rushing touchdown in 21-career games. He has 36 career touchdowns, which ties the record-holder Deoncé Whitaker. His 18 rushing touchdowns this season ties for third in the nation. The best part? We still have another game!
