🔼 That’s Kai. The Mountain West named Kairee Robinson their Player of the Week! The Spartan running back had a career day with four touchdowns and 189 yards. He also recorded a career-high 55-yard touchdown reception. Kairee has scored a touchdown in every game this season and is just 10 yards away from 2,000 career rushing yards. He earned a 91.1 rushing grade on PFF, which is good for No. 1 in the nation. This is the third Player of the Week honor for the Spartans this season.

The Homecoming Game against Utah State is Saturday at 4pm. Don’t wait, get your tickets now!

🔼 Pink Is The New Black. The Spartan volleyball team is finishing their home-stand tomorrow night at 6pm as they host New Mexico. Hopefully, the outcome will be similar to last weekend’s football game! It’s the team’s Breast Cancer Awareness match and is part of the homecoming week festivities. Be sure to come out in your pink attire! Admission is free.

🔼 Keep It Movin’. After the volleyball game tomorrow night, head over to the soccer field as the women’s soccer team hosts Colorado College. It’s Breast Cancer Awareness night as well, so you won’t even need to change clothes! The match begins at 7pm, get your tickets here or tune in on the Mountain West Network. There are just two more home games, including this one, so be sure to show up and show out.

🔼 Top Dog. San José State baseball associate head coach Thomas Walker was named one of the top-100 assistant coaches in the country by D1Baseball! He helped the team to back-to-back appearances in the Mountain West Championship game in 2022 and 2023. The Spartans won their first-ever Mountain West title this past season and made their first NCAA Regional appearance since 2002. Spartans have produced record power numbers under Coach Walker’s watch.
