🔼 New Spartan. The men’s basketball team signed Scotty Middleton to its 2026-27 roster. Middleton is a 6’6” small forward transfer from Tulane. He will be a senior at SJSU. Last season, he appeared in all 33 games for Tulane last season, starting in 19 of them. He averaged 6.9 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 25.7 minutes per game. Middleton led the Green Wave and ranked seventh in the AAC in three-point shooting, connecting at a 36.9 percent (52-141) clip from beyond the arc.
