🔼 Best Yet. The Spartan gymnastics team recorded their best performance of 2025 at the Wasatch Classic on Monday! They tied for second-place with a score of 195.625. Katherine Weyhmiller tied her career-best with a 9.925 on beam. Her performance earned her Mountain West Beam Specialist of the Week! The Spartans recorded season-best team scores in every event. Their highest team score was a 49.00 on floor.

🔼  Another One. Spartan freshman Madison Gustitus earned her second-straight Mountain West Freshman of the Week honor after her performance at Oregon State! She scored a 9.850 on beam to record the highest score for a Mountain West freshman. She also had a great floor performance that resulted in a 9.750.

🔼 Strong Start. The women’s tennis team started the 2025 portion of the season with a 5-2 win over UC Riverside! Cristina Mateos Losada and Cheuk Ying Shek won both their singles and doubles matches to lead the Spartans. Ying Shek won her singles match in straight sets, 6-2, 6-2.

🔼 Headin’ South. The women’s basketball team is playing on the road tonight! They’ll take on San Diego State at 6 p.m. on the Mountain West Network. The Spartans look to bounce back from a loss to Boise State, while the Aztecs are coming off a win over Utah State.
