TGIF, Spartans. It hasn’t taken long for Fatimah Hall to acquaint herself pretty well at SJSU.

On Thursday night, the Spartan fan base got a performance to remember from the junior transfer.

🔼 One Hall Of A Performance. Fatimah Hall recorded her first collegiate triple-double and the 14^th in school history to lead the San José State volleyball team to a 3-1 win (19-25, 25-23, 25-23, 25-19) over Nevada in a Mountain West match at Spartan Gym on Thursday night.

Hall was one of two Spartans to record 11 kills in the match. She also had 27 assists and 10 digs for her triple-double. Hall joins nine other former Spartans to record at least one triple-double.

Morgan Graves also recorded 11 kills in the win and added four digs and two blocks, while Lolo Fonua was the third Spartan in double-digit kills with 10.

🔼 Road Trippin’. The SJSU football squad is back on the road yet again this weekend when they head to Wyoming for the first road conference test of 2025 for the Spartans.

The Spartans are looking for their fourth straight win over the Cowboys and their seventh win in the past eight in the head-to-head series.

SJSU comes off a 35-28 win over New Mexico last Saturday, where they had 334 passing yards and 153 rushing yards, and are 1-0 in MW play for the second season in a row.

🔼 Eyes on Us. The eyes of the nation will be on the Spartans this upcoming season.

Earlier this week, it was announced that the SJSU men's basketball program will have four national television broadcasts during the 2025-26 season.

The Spartans will be featured in games televised by CBS Sports Network and FS1, as announced by the Mountain West Conference on Wednesday.
