📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Fought Till The End. Spartan football fell at Colorado State, 31-24, on Saturday. DJ Harvey was the star of the Spartan defense as he took a fumble recovery back 85 yards for a touchdown. He also had seven tackles, one sack, and an interception. John Ward forced the fumble for Harvey and finished with a team-high nine tackles. Quarterback Walker Eget threw for 256 yards and a touchdown. Nick Nash finished the game with a touchdown and 94 yards. Floyd Chalk IV scored his seventh rushing touchdown of the season.

🔼 Spartan Speed. Spartan swimmers picked up two wins at the CSUB Sprint Classic on Friday! Quincy Key won the 50 free and the 200 free relay team of Lais Gasparini e Silva, Dalton Sickon, Key, and Keira Vail won. The team finished the day in third-place. On Saturday, other Spartan swimmers participated in the Roadrunner Invitational. Dalton Sickon won the 50 free. The Spartans finished the meet in fourth.

🔼 Locked Down. The men’s soccer team earned their third shutout in four games! They finished their match against UNLV in a 0-0 draw last night. Edgar Guerra earned his fourth shutout of the season. He now leads the conference in shutouts. The Spartans will play at Cal Baptist on Thursday.

🔼 Onto Day Four. The women’s tennis team picked up three victories on day three of the ITA Northwest Regionals! Cheuk Ying Shek, Duru Durgun, Nahjime Dho, and Carla Urchoeguia won their singles matches and will continue to play today.

Nick Nash is alone in second place in Spartan history for receiving touchdowns.
