Good morning, Spartan Fans! The weekend is officially here and it’s full of Spartan games!

📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Road Warriors. Spartan football heads to Corvallis, Oregon to take on Oregon State! Kickoff is set for 12:30 p.m. tomorrow on The CW. The Spartans have the best record out of every California FBS school at 5-3. Nick Nash looks to extend his receiving touchdown streak to nine consecutive games. The Spartans have the best passing offense in the Mountain West.

🔼 Locked Down. Spartan Christian Powell was named the WAC Men’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week! He led the Spartan defense in back-to-back shutouts against Grand Canyon and UTRGV. He played all 90 minutes in both matches. The Spartans finished the regular season with six clean sheets.

🔜 The Spartans will play Utah Valley in the first round of the WAC Tournament on Sunday at 3 p.m.

🔼  Back To Business. The women’s basketball team is back in the Provident Credit Union Event Center tomorrow! They’ll host Cal at 1 p.m. The Spartans are coming off a win over Xavier, while the Golden Bears are coming off a win over Idaho State.

🔼 Playing In Paradise. The men’s basketball team is spending the weekend in Hawaii! They’ll play three games as part of the Outrigger Rainbow Tournament. Today, they’ll take on Pacific at 6:30 p.m. On Sunday, they’ll take on Honolulu at 7 p.m. on ESPN+. They’ll finish the tournament on Monday at 6:30 p.m. against Life Pacific.

Nick Nash is second in SJSU history with 21 receiving touchdowns.
