Good morning, Spartan Fans! The Spartans finished the regular football season with the best record of any FBS school in California! They were also the first to clinch a bowl game.

🔼 Welcome Home. Spartan football signed 12 on Early National Signing Day on Wednesday! The class includes 10 from California, one from Hawai’i, and one from Nevada. Click here to meet the newest Spartans and hear from Coach Niumatalolo.

🔼 True Grit. The women’s basketball team got a gritty 51-46 win over Saint Mary’s on Wednesday night! Djessira Diawara had a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Sydni Summers scored 12 points with a career-high six rebounds. Sofia Kelemeni also recorded a career-high in rebounds with 11. Up next, the Spartans will host LMU tomorrow at 1 p.m. Click here to purchase your tickets!

🔼  Road Woes. The men’s basketball team dropped their first conference matchup at New Mexico, 83-77. Robert Vaihola recorded his first double-double of the year with 10 points and 11 rebounds. He also put up a career-high four blocks and added three assists. Josh Uduje scored 22 points with three three-pointers and three steals. Will McClendon scored 20. The Spartans will host Lincoln on Monday.

🔼  Incoming Spartans. The women’s soccer team signed six on National Signing Day. Coach Tina Estrada said, “This incoming class has everything that this program needs to rebuild, elevate, and win a Mountain West Championship while they are here.” Click here to meet the class.
