Good morning, Spartan Fans! The men’s basketball season has come to an end. The Spartans have recorded the most wins (45) over a three-year span since 1985-86.

🔼 Simply The Best. Spartan tennis player Cheuk Ying Shek has been named the Mountain West Player of the Week! She’s currently ranked No. 111 in the ITA singles rankings. She helped the Spartans to a 4-0 win over Boston College last week after going 2-0. They’ll open Mountain West play today at 10 a.m. at Utah State.

🔼  Chasing A Championship. Two Spartan women’s track & field athletes will be competing at the 2025 NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships this weekend! Emilia Sjostrand will compete in the triple jump and the long jump, while Simone Johnson will join her in the triple jump. Both won medals in their events at the Mountain West Indoor Championships. 🔼 That’s A Wrap. The men’s basketball season came to an end yesterday in the Mountain West Tournament quarterfinals as they fell to New Mexico 63-52. Sadaidriene Hall led the Spartans with 13 points, while Robert Vaihola recorded his fourth double-double of the year. The Spartans advanced to the quarterfinal after beating Wyoming 66-61 on Wednesday.

🔼 Must-Watch Match. The 18th-ranked women’s water polo team will host No. 4 UCLA tomorrow at 1 p.m.! You won’t want to miss this top-25 MPSF match. The Spartans are looking to bounce back from a loss to No. 5 California two weeks ago.

🔼 Conference Play Begins. The Spartan baseball team begins Mountain West play this weekend! They’ll play a three-game series at San Diego State, beginning today at 6:05 p.m. Fans can watch today and Sunday’s games on the Mountain West Network.
