📈 STOCK UP

🔼  Better Together. San José State Athletics has partnered with Teamworks Influencer to provide student-athletes with enhanced Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities. The collaboration will help Spartans maximize their NIL potential through access to premium tools and resources for revenue generation. Student-athletes will gain access to a suite of tools to monetize their name, image, and likeness, including educational resources and guidance on NIL deals.

🔼 Celebrate Good Times. San José State beach volleyball team swept Pacific 5-0 at Spartan Beach on Senior Day. Seniors Jaena Bell, Jada Hall, and Shirley Morrison finished their home careers with victories. The Spartans will travel to Louisiana for the NOLA Classic on April 18-19.

🔼 Go Low. Women’s golfer Lucia Lopez Ortega shot 4-under in the final round of the Chevron Silverado Showcase to tie for sixth in the individual standings! This marks her second top-10 finish of the season. She finished the tournament with 14 birdies over three rounds. Her performance was Mountain West Women’s Golfer of the Week worthy, her second honor of the season! The Spartans finished ninth as a team at 26-over.

🔼  Sticking Around. Spartan softball is staying home this weekend! They’ll host Nevada for a Mountain West series today through Sunday. First pitch is set for 6 p.m. today. All three games will stream on the Mountain West Network.

🔼  Road Trip To Reno. The baseball team is hitting the road to play three at Nevada. They’ll get the weekend started tonight at 6:05 p.m. on the Mountain West Network. The Spartans look to bounce back from a midweek loss to Cal Poly.

🔼 Bounce Back. Spartan tennis looks to bounce back from their first Mountain West loss of the season. They’ll play at UNLV today at 10 a.m. Soledad Fayos Capilla remains undefeated in singles in both dual and conference play.

Once again, the Western Intercollegiate Presented by Titleist will be broadcast live on the Golf Channel, April 14-16, from Pasatiempo Golf Club. There are several opportunities to be involved in the longest-running men’s collegiate golf championship in the US including walking scorers and Golf Channel spotters.
