📈 STOCK UP

🔼  Our State. Spartan softball earned a huge 3-1 win over ACC-foe Cal for the first time since 2008! Reina Zermeno went a perfect 3-for-3 with three extra-base hits, including her sixth home run of the season. Lacie Ham allowed just one earned run in five innings. This was the Spartans’ first win against an ACC school since 2017.

🔼 Senior Celebration. The beach volleyball team will play two this week! They’ll play at Santa Clara today at 4 p.m. Tomorrow, they’ll celebrate Senior Day, honoring Jada Hall, Jaena Bell, and Shirley Morrison, as they host Pacific at 1 p.m.

🔼  Fly Like An Eagle. The women’s golf team sits in 11th after day two of the Chevron Silverado Showdown! Moa Andersson has made two eagles so far this tournament, she sits tied for 24th. Lucia Lopez Ortega leads the Spartans as she’s tied for 17th.

Once again, the Western Intercollegiate Presented by Titleist will be broadcast live on the Golf Channel, April 14-16, from Pasatiempo Golf Club. There are several opportunities to be involved in the longest-running men’s collegiate golf championship in the US including walking scorers and Golf Channel spotters.
