📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Regional Run. Five Spartan Women’s Track & Field athletes will compete at the NCAA West Prelims in Fayetteville, Arkansas this week. Triple jumper Audrey McElmurry will be joined by the 4×100 relay team of Zoe Ewell, Nakai Johnson, Vivienne Magu, and Sharli’e McCuller. The meet will be streamed on ESPN+.

🔼 Headed North. Former Spartan linebacker Taniela Latu has signed a professional contract with the Canadian Football League’s Ottawa Redblacks. He recently participated in multiple NFL rookie minicamps after a standout collegiate career.

🔼 Double Trouble. Two Spartan Women’s Water Polo players earned ACWPA All-American honors! Darcy Spark was named third team All-American after scoring 92 goals this season. Bridget Cranley earned honorable mention after finished second on the team with 34 goals scored.

🔼 Among The Best. Spartan Baseball’s Alex Fernandes and Dylan Smith were named First Team All-Mountain West! Fernandes recorded one of the best offensive seasons in Spartan history with a batting average of .401. Smith earned the honors after leading the Spartans with a 4.08 ERA, holding opponents to a .267 batting average and striking out 50 batters.
