🔼 Triple Threat. Three Spartans were named to the Preseason All-Mountain West Football Team! Jordan Pollard earned his second-straight honor, while Gafa Faga and Peseti Lapuaho earned the first of their careers. The Spartans were picked to finish third in the Mountain West preseason media poll.

🔼 Amateur Hour. Spartan men’s golfer Avinash Iyer has qualified for the U.S. Amateur Championship! His standout performance at The Club at Ruby Hill punched his ticket. The U.S. Amateur will be held August 11-17 at The Olympic Club in San Francisco.

🔼 Off Court Honors. Spartan men’s basketball center Chol Marial has been named to the NABC Honors Court! The Honors Court represents achievement in the classroom by men’s college basketball individual players with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
