📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Comeback Season. Spartan wide receiver Justin Lockhart has been named to the 2024 Comeback Player of the Year Award Watch List! The award recognizes college football student-athletes for overcoming injury, illness, or other circumstances. The redshirt senior didn’t play last season due to injury. He has been named an Athlon Sports Preseason Mountain West Third-Team Offense selection and to the Shrine Bowl 1000 list.

🔼 One Of A Kind. Spartan football’s Director of Player Personnel Beca Perez was named a 247 Sports 30 Under 30 College Football Staffer To Know. She is the only female Director of Player Personnel in the Mountain West and the first in Spartan history. She started her career with the team as a student assistant in 2018.

🔼 Ones To Watch. Three Spartans have been named to the 2024 Mountain West Women’s Soccer Watch List! Senior forwards Bella Flocchini and Kennedy Mayo, and junior midfielder Tatiana Cunningham are the ones to watch for. The Spartans will host No. 2 Stanford for an exhibition tonight at Spartan Soccer Complex at 6:30 p.m. Click here for tickets!

⛳️ SJSU BASEBALL GOLF TOURNAMENT

The 2024 golf tournament and banquet to support San Jose State Baseball will take place on October 18th and once again be held at Cinnabar Hills Golf Club in San Jose. This is the largest fundraiser for the baseball program, and we need your help to make this event a success. Following golf will be the dinner banquet and Legends of Spartan Baseball induction ceremony where legendary Coach Sam Piraro will be honored as the sole inductee. Separate tickets are available for the banquet. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
