🔼 Fantastic Fantousis. Women’s tennis player Emma Fantousis won the championship in the gold flight at the Cal Fall Invitational! She won her singles match 6-3, 6-1 against Madison Weekley from Saint Mary’s College. They’ll head to Las Vegas for the Mountain West Individual Tournament this week.

🔼 Draw It Up. The women’s soccer team earned a point in their 1-1 draw against Boise State yesterday. Bella Flocchini scored her second goal of the season on a penalty kick in the 53rd minute. She now leads the team with two goals this season. Shayla Sugai had four saves in the goal. They’ll hit the road to Colorado State on Thursday.

🔼 It’s Showtime. It’s time for the first Coaches Show at Narrative Fermentations of the season! Join Coach Niumatalolo and Sky Kerstein at 6 p.m. for the live taping. The recording of the show can be heard on Thursday at 7 p.m. on KTRB 860 AM. Narrative Fermentations is the official watch party destination of SJSU Athletics.

🔼 It’s A Draw. The men’s soccer team finished their match against UC Davis in a 2-2 draw. Angel Iniguez scored a goal and recorded an assist to Christian Powell. The Spartans will hit the road to Air Force on Thursday for their first conference game.
