📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Blockbuster Deal. San José State Athletics, in partnership with Playfly Sports, announced a 10-year naming rights deal with Habbas Law for the Spartan Athletics Center. The center will now be named Habbas Law Athletics Center at San José State University. The $4 million deal is one of the largest partnerships in SJSU Athletics history.

🔼 Spartans In Paris. Two former Spartans are competing at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris! Rae Lekness is playing water polo for Canada. She played for the Spartans from 2013-16, claiming the all-time leading goal scoring title in the MPSF. Robyn Stevens is competing for Team USA in race walking. She was a member of the 2003 women’s cross country team.

🔼 Couple Of Scholars. Men’s golfers Caleb Shelter and Xuan Luo were named 2023-24 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars! To be eligible, the student-athlete must have a stroke average under 76, participate in 50% of the team’s competitive rounds, and maintain a 3.2 GPA.
