📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Run It Up. The track and field team competed at the Nevada Invitational this past weekend. On day one, Tyson Bonilla placed first in the long jump. Zoe Ewell took second in the 60m dash. On day two, Donte Smith finished second in the 400m dash and 200m dash. Kaitlin Seigle placed second in the 600m run.

🔼 The Firsts. The gymnastics team beat UC Davis on Sunday with a score of 197.075. Kaviana Jurries and Ava Johnson won their first collegiate event titles. Jurries led the vault team with a career-best 9.850. Johnson anchored the floor team with a 9.825 to win her first floor title.

🔼 Stat Check. The men’s basketball team faced UNLV on Saturday. Melvin Bell Jr. recorded career-highs of 22 points and eight rebounds. The team played without four starters and fell 76-62.

🔼 Doubleheader. The No. 12 women’s water polo team faced No. 8 UC Irvine, No. 4 Hawaii and No. 7 Fresno State this past weekend. Darcy Spark scored three goals in the team’s 15-7 loss against UC Irvine. Two players scored two goals each in the team’s 11-6 loss against Hawaii. Spark scored a season-high seven goals in the team’s 15-14 overtime loss against No. 17 Fresno State on Sunday.
