📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Sin Win City. The Spartans took care of business in Las Vegas, beating UNLV 37-31 for a share of the regular season Mountain West title and their sixth-straight win. Kairee Robinson tied Deoncé Whitaker’s career touchdown record with 36 and broke the single-season record with 20. He sits second in the nation with consecutive games with a touchdown. Chevan Cordeiro became the Mountain West all-time leader in yardage gained with 13,537. The Spartans expected to be playing in the Mountain West Championship game, but computer-generated rankings said otherwise. They finish the regular season 6-2 in the conference and 7-5 overall.

🔼  Home Sweet Home. After four games on the road, the women’s basketball team is finally back home! They’ll host Bethesda tonight at 5pm before the men’s game. Sabrina Ma is coming off a season-high 14 point game and back-to-back eight rebounds. Jyah LoVett is sitting top five in the conference in steals, while Amhyia Moreland is fourth in offensive rebounds.

🔼 Familiar Faces. The men’s basketball team will host North Dakota State tonight at 8pm. Coach Tim Miles was the head coach for the Bison from 2001-2007 and they’re now coached by his former assistant, David Richman. The Spartans are coming off a 2-1 trip to the Virgin Islands for Paradise Jam.
